Saving a Custom Filter
We recommend creating saved filters for your frequent searches to save time and effort instead of having to manually apply filters each time.
With the Saved Filter feature, you can effortlessly create custom feeds that deliver the insights that matter to you most, enabling you to proactively stay informed and make informed decisions quickly. Filters can be exposed in reports and Battlecards and converted into email digests. Users can also leverage behavior analytics to gain valuable insights into your go-to saved filters, especially when analyzing your competitors' actions.
To create a saved filter, select filters from the right-hand side or the top search insights bar to include the insights that meet your specific needs. Whether you want to focus on subject-specific, highlighted, or commented insights, simply toggle the filters on and off to fine-tune your feed and get the information you need at your fingertips.
Once you have selected your desired filters, click the floppy disc icon next to Save Custom Search
Next enter a name for the filter and click Create.
In the future, if you make changes to a saved filter, you will see a prompt to either update the saved filter or to create a new one.
Managing Saved Filters
When you save filters in Kompyte, you can organize them on the left side navigation bar by clicking on the gear icon and using the following options:
Reorder filters: You can click on the gear icon next to the saved filters and drag them up or down to change their order. This can help you prioritize the filters that you use most often or group related filters together.
Pin/unpin filters: You can pin a filter to keep it at the top of the navigation bar for quick access. To do this, click on the gear icon next to the filter and select "Pin Filter". To unpin a filter, click on the gear icon again and select "Unpin Filter".
Organize filters into folders: You can create folders to group related filters together. To do this, click on the gear icon and select "New Folder". Name the folder and drag the relevant filters into it. You can also drag filters out of a folder if you want to move them back to the main navigation bar.
By using these options, you can customize your filter navigation bar to suit your needs and make it easier to find the filters you need.
