Kompyte’s extension is a one-stop shop for capturing external Team Generated Insights, all while giving your team, including sales reps, instant access to Battlecards and other competitor enablement assets and reports.
Gathering Insights & Updating Traits
Whether you find something relevant within Kompyte, another website or a third-party tool, you can gather and manage these insights directly with the Kompyte extension *download here. Insights taken with the Kompyte extension will be added to your Collect Feed and categorized as Team Generated Insights.
Start by downloading the extension extension, then you can access the tool from the following icon in your browser:
To take an insight, click on the link to start cropping and take a screenshot. Select the relevant area to screenshot and ad
Assign to a company and click Apply.
Next, click on Save as New Insight or Save as Update Trait (users in Admin and user roles can choose either option, if you are in the Sales or Collaborator roles you will only have access to save as a new insight).
With this example, we will update a trait.
Intel saved as Update Trait will then display a searchable view of traits from the Company’s Battlecard(s):
Select a trait for the competitor and click Done.
Next, you will see the current version of the trait and the new version based upon the insight.
Click Overwrite and Save.
The updated trait has now been saved.
Intel saved as a New Insight will show up in Team Generated Insights section of Kompyte's Collect feed.
Copy and Paste Text using the Extension:
Highlight the selected text you wish to copy. Right-click and select Send to Kompyte
Assign to a Company and save as a New Insight or Updated Trait.
Accessing Battlecards from the Extension:

Navigate to the extension icon and tab over to Battlecards
Search for a Competitor Battlecard
Next, choose the Battlecard section you wish to view and scroll through the Battlecard content.
Select a second competitor to see a side by side comparison.
To submit feedback or intel from the field, navigate to the desired trait and click the dialog icon.
From here enter your feedback/suggestion and click Send Suggestion.
Feedback will be sent directly to the Suggestions feed in the Usage Dashboard where it can be reviewed and analyzed. In addition, submitted feedback will also be delivered via email to the BattleCard managers.
