Leverage Kompyte's Dashboard and Consumer Portal to share targeted reports and dashboards with your various teams.
The Kompyte Dashboard is the first screen Admins and Users see after logging in.
Consumers land on the Consumer Portal when they log in or when they click the Kompyte icon in the top left corner.
By default, the Competitor Insight Dashboard will be displayed on the Kompyte Dashboard which highlights key insights, top social media posts, and web content changes.
From the Kompyte Dashboard, users can toggle to view reports specific to each competitor and adjust dates by using the dropdown arrow next to the date range.
Click on the three dots for more actions including downloading the report for offline use or editing it directly from the Kompyte Dashboard.
By default, the Consumer Dashboard highlights team contributions, contributor leaderboards, and recent competitor insights.
Customize which reports and dashboards appear on the Kompyte Dashboard and Consumer portal by navigating to Reports.
From the Reports view, navigate to the desired report you wish to add to your Kompyte Dashboard or Consumer Portal.
Click on the three dots to the right of the desired report. Click on Send to Home or Send to Consumer Portal depending on your preference.
The report will now appear as an available report in the report picklist located on the home dashboard for easy access.
Click the star icon next to the desired default report and click Done.
To add a new report or dashboard, navigate to Reports and click on the Create a Report button.
From here, you can select from a variety of pre-templated reports in the Template Gallery or Create a fully customized report.
Select the desired report template or create and save a customized report.
Once the report is created. Click on Back to Reports.
Your new report is now added to the Report Gallery. Click on the three dots to the right of your new report and click on Send to Home or Send to Consumer Portal.
