Getting Started
Navigate to Battlecards in your Kompyte account.
Here you can see a snapshot of the Total Views, Unique Visitors, and Suggestions.
Total Views tracks all visits across your various Battlecards through whichever form of distribution your reps are using (the Kompyte sales portal, Kompyte extension, CRM, or CMS solution using an embed code).
Unique Views gives you the number of individuals accessing your Battlecards.
Suggestions give you a quick look at the latest volume of Battlecard feedback and intel contributed from the field.
Drill into the Battlecard Analytics link in the top right corner for additional metrics.
Most Active Users shows the number of views and last access date for your most active sales consumers.
Most Checked Competitors provides visibility as to which competitors you are positioned against most often in competitive deals.
Most Checked Battlecards identifies which Battlecard templates are being most utilized.
Analytics default to the last 30 days. On the top right corner, edit the date range or Export to CSV to further manipulate the data.
Click on the View All link of any metric for more detailed information.
The View All screen includes a line graph view and additional options to sort metrics by day, week, month, or a specific date range.
For analytics on a specific Battlecard template, click on the Stats tab within an individual Battlecard.
From the Stats tab, view the most checked competitor and total views by user for this specific Battlecard template.
Reports
Battlecard analytics are also available in the Report Template Gallery for easy sharing and scheduling as well as under Tools.
