Accessing the Platform
Start by logging in as either a User or an Admin.
Navigating to Battlecards
Go to the Battlecards section of your account and double click the Battlecard template you want to export.
Exporting Battlecards
Inside a Battlecard, you will see multiple sections, including benchmark comparison tables and sections for individual competitors.
To export, click the three dots menu icon and select Download. You can choose to download the entire Battlecard or specific sections, such as the benchmark comparison table or a particular competitor section you are viewing.
Managing Large PDF Files:
If your Battlecard template includes many competitors, consider downloading specific sections to avoid creating a large PDF. This helps keep your exported files easier to manage and share.
Sharing Options:
You can also share reports and Battlecards with licensed users as a single PDF. However, downloading provides more flexibility, giving you a wider range of export options.
Exporting Reports:
Exporting Reports works in a similar way.
Go to the Reports tab and select the report you want to export. Click the three dots menu icon, then select Download. From there, choose the sections you want to export, such as the benchmark section, the full report, or a specific company section if you have selected a company from the left navigation menu.
