To effectively manage Battlecards, it's important to keep track of their review status and history. You can do this by recording when each Battlecard was last reviewed, who performed the review, and which Battlecards need to be reviewed.
Before you begin, consider whether you want to mark Battlecards as reviewed at the template level or at the competitor level within each template. You should also decide whether to display the last reviewed date to all roles or to hide it from the consumer role. This configuration option can be found under General Settings.
Marking a Battlecard as Reviewed
Navigate to the Battlecard tab in the platform
To mark a Battlecard template as reviewed, drill down into the template you want to review and look for the 'Mark as Reviewed' button located in the top right corner. Click on this button to indicate that the Battlecard has been reviewed.
The Battlecard will now display a record of who last reviewed the Battlecard and when.
The Battlecards to Review widget is included in the Battlecard Upkeep report, and can be accessed from there. Additionally, this widget can be added to other reports as needed.
By marking Battlecards as reviewed, you can keep track of last reviewed Battlecards and Battlecards that require review. This helps to ensure that Battlecard content is reviewed periodically and updated as needed.
