This feature lets users create custom daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly email digests that deliver priority insights in a single message. Email digests are easy to read on any device and include interactive links along with powerful visuals, such as before-and-after images of website changes.
To get started, navigate to Tools -> Email Digest
Click the Create New Button
Start by naming the digest, then select your saved filters, recipients, and delivery frequency.
You can further customize your email digest by choosing specific data points, adding a default message, and including attachments to create custom headers and footers.
Once your digest is configured, toggle Enable Email Digest to green to activate it.
When viewing email digests in the desktop version of Outlook, select View in Browser in the email or open the message on a mobile device for the best viewing experience.
Email digests can be edited at any time. A log tracks when a digest is created, updated, or enabled. Click the envelope icon to view a copy of the digest sent on that specific day.
To delete a digest, click the Delete Digest link
