To add a new solution altogether for monitoring:
Navigate to Settings
Navigate and drill into a company that you would like to add a company solution to
Click Add Solutions on the left panel.
Enter the solution name and click Save
Convert an existing company being monitored to a solution for another company (for example, in the case of an acquisition)
To get started, click on the pencil icon next to the company name under Settings
Click on the Convert to Solution link and click Save
Select the new parent company and click Confirm (please note this change is irreversible)
The left panel will now display the new company solution along with links to add their solution-specific webpages and their available solution-specific secondary sources such as review profiles, social networks, apps, and more
Drill into the Webpages and Data Sources link on the left side navigator to plug in these solution-specific sources for Kompyte to monitor
In the future, if you need to remove the solution or edit the solution name, click on the 3 dots.
The company solution will now be nested under the parent company and within the same group as the parent company in the settings section, company list views, and filters.
Curated traits can now be created for the nested company streamlining the process of building out solution Battlecards and reports
Smart traits are also available at the solution-level. If a solution-level smart trait does not exist, it will default to the smart traits of the parent company as shown below with the company overview, financials, locations, and newsfeed
**It's important to note that we don't monitor keyword rankings nor detect Google ads for nested solutions. If you're interested in keeping an eye on rankings or detected Google ads, the key is to incorporate them as a distinct company rather than a nested solution.
