To get started configuring user roles permissions by a team, navigate to your company logo on the far right corner. Hover over and select Settings from the picklist:
Navigate to Teams to create and manage your teams.
Once teams are created, navigate to Permissions on the left side navigator
Here you have visibility of User role permissions across teams
By default, access will be turned on for the User role. To remove permissions, navigate to the desired team and click on the Display, Create, Edit, and Remove icons for each permission, as needed, to remove access.
With advanced user permissions, it is important to note that if a user is in two teams with conflicting permissions, the "positive" access wins over the "negative" one. In simple terms, if one permission allows something while another denies it, the allowance takes precedence.
*For granting team(s) access to edit curated traits within Reports and/or Battlecards, be sure to not only enable Edit Access to a particular group of Reports and/or Battlecards but also to enable Edit access to Profiles (this setting is required for the teams to edit the content of curated traits).
