Navigate to Battlecards or the Report gallery.
Open the Battlecard or report you want to publish and add to the Consumer Portal.
On the right side, switch the Private toggle to Public to make it visible on the portal.
After marking the item as Public, you must also grant access. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the report and open the Access settings.
Open access for this specific report by Team, creating a unique set of assets for each group in your organization.
Granting access to All Company makes the report or Battlecard visible to all Consumers. If you prefer more controlled sharing, add specific users to Teams and grant access to those Teams instead of selecting All Company (Teams are managed under Settings).
Repeat this process for any other Battlecards or reports you want to share with Consumers. Keep in mind that Admin and User roles automatically have visibility to all reports and Battlecards by default.
