To get started, navigate to Automations
Click on the Create Workflow button.
For simple categorization, select a templated workflow option as shown below to automatically Highlight or Tag an insight. Highlighting an insight sends it to the Key Insights feed, tagging an insight categorizes the insight.
Configure the parameters, select a Tag to classify the insight. Click Done.
For more sophisticated categorization select Create a Custom Workflow.
Select Collect Based.
Configure the enrollment triggers.
If categorization is for all competitors, do not set competitors
If categorization is for a specific company(s), set companies
Categorize around saved filters, data sources (taxonomies) or for keywords found in the title or description
With the below option we have selected Collect Based and Description Contains Any Of option.
Type in the various keywords, pressing enter after each keyword. Click Done.
Click the plus sign to configure an action.
Select Tag from the Feed item properties to categorize the insight.
Select an existing Tag or create a new Tag. Click Done.
To prioritize an insight (sending it to the Key Insights feed), configure a second trigger to Highlight. Click Done.
Click the pencil icon to give the workflow a Title.
Activate
To activate, click the Review button
Select an option and click Turn on.
For tagging & highlighting insights, it is recommended you select the option to enroll existing insights that meet the workflow criteria.
Navigate to the Collect feed -> Filters to search for insights by Tag.
Select Filter by Tag, Choose the appropriate Tag and click Apply.
Pro Tip: Create and save a new filter for key Tags.
View, analyze, and share results from the Collect feed.
