Go to your Automation hub

Create a new Collect Workflow 

Start your workflow by selecting Set a Trigger

Select Collect Based trigger and confirm

Set Enrollment triggers. We recommend selecting Description > Contains


Next add all description keywords related to mergers and acquisitions separated by OR

Here are a few recommended keywords

  • Acquisition 

  • Acquire

  • Acquires

  • Merger

  • Merges

Now set your automated actions by clicking on + in the workflow

We recommend the following actions: 

  • Tag with M&A and/or News

  • Pin to a trait = Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Send external communication ( Email or Integration alert) to any team members who wish to be notified in real-time when this workflow is triggered
