Overview of User Access Rights:
Kompyte Platform Users
Typically these accesses belong to Product Marketing Managers, Battlecard Managers, Competitive Intelligence owners, or anyone who has the responsibility to conduct research, curate assets, and share with the team. A definition of Access rights is also available under Teammates. From here you can also see the current list of users.
Admin: Holds the power to manage the full scope of your team's Kompyte account. Including the ability to add or remove companies, data sources, users and teams. They have access to the all tabs including Profiles, Collect, Reports, Battlecards, Automation and Tools as well as all sections under Settings.
User: Enjoys most of the Admin features with the exception of adding or removing users and teams. The user also does not have access to the general settings section under Settings.
Battlecard and Report Consumers
Consumers use Kompyte intel in their day-to-day and provide feedback to platform users. This will typically be the Sales team, Product team, Executives, or Agile Marketers using insight in their campaigns.
Consumers Allowed targeted access to Battlecards and Reports via the Consumer Portal & browser extension. Consumers can also access intelligence from integrations (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot). Consumers can contribute external intel and Battlecard suggestions/feedback too.
